Amenities 

• 13 stall barn featuring 12 x 12 stalls, each fitted with rubber mats and an automatic waterer.  Custom made stall doors for ultimate ventilation, large back window with door, halter hook, collapsible blanket bar, and room for a trunk.
• Large climate controlled tack room with laundry, restroom, saddle racks, bridle hooks, and a keypad lock to keep your belongings safe.
•  Sealed and climate controlled feed room.
• Extra wide aisle way with room for more than one horse to pass through safely.
• Matted grooming and tacking up area with two fans.
• 12 x 12 tiled wash stall with rubber mats, hot and cold water, racks for your bathing materials, two fans, and a tack hook for tack cleaning.
• Gravel parking area and trailer parking on site.
• Grass turnout paddocks with no-climb horse fencing, electric fence, automatic waterers.  Our paddocks are dragged and checked regularly for any issues.
• Outdoor competition size dressage arena with sprinkler system. 
• 125’ x 100’ fenced covered arena with lights, sprinkler system, gate with 2-way safety latch, hooks on the outside for lungeing equipment and a whip rack.
• Large exhaust fan to move hot air out during the summer, and a large green house fan pushing air from the north end. We also have a Port-O-Cool unit for those extra hot days.
• Multiple exercise hills and plenty of room to hack.
• Theraplate and other therapies available.

Boarding 

 Stall Board  $850
-  Up to 6 lbs feed per day or up to 2 lbs ration balancer per day.
-  Supplement feeding and handling (supplements provided by owner)
-  Hay twice daily (extra hay and alfalfa available)
-  Matted 12x12 stall with automatic waterer.
-  Stall cleaning and bedding.  Option for extra bedding available.

-  Blanketing
-  Grooming and exercise not included (available for horses in training with Katie Hebert).
